Mid-Season - minimums may apply Rates based on double occupancy in our studio and 1 bedroom cottages, and four persons in our two bedroom cottages. $25.00/day/extra person will be added to your total stay. ***One week minimum, less when available. Weekly rates reflect a 5% discount Deposits - 50% for stays of one week or longer, payment in full for shorter stays Cancellations - there is a rebooking fee of 10% of the total room charge for cancellations received in writing 15 days prior to arrival; no refunds within 15 days prior to arrival Payment - Visa, Mastercard accepted for deposits; balance due on arrival payable by cash or VISA or MASTERCARD Only registered guests may use the facilities Check-In - 3:00 PM Check-Out - 11:00 AM |

| Long Island Expressway to Exit 70, then South to Route 27 ( Sunrise Highway ), then East to Montauk. As you leave the village of Amagansett the Sunrise Highway becomes the Napeague Stretch. Approx. 8 miles from Amagansett you will observe a radio tower on your left, go an additional 2 miles and take right fork of the road onto the Old Montauk Highway. Lenhart's is approx. 2 miles east of the fork, on your left. |
