DIRECTONS:
Long Island Expressway ( Route 495 ) East to Exit 70, Route 111. South on 111 to the Sunrise Highway ( Route 27 ) East. East on Route 27 to Montauk Village OR Southern State Parkway to Exit 44, turn East on Sunrise Highway ( Route 26 ) to Montauk Village.

• Check Out Time - 11:00AM
• Check Out Time may be extended subject to availability and a $ 50.00 late check-out fee
• The charge for an additional person in the room ( more than 2 ) is $ 15.00 per day
• 50% deposit is required on all reservations. (All deposits are applied to entire reservation period)
• All room rates are based on double occupancy
• CANCELLATIONS - If a reservation confirmed by deposit is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival, the cancelling party will recieve a full refund less a $ 50.00 per room processing fee. Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.
